We are proud to announce the release of the Share Plan Administration Software (“SPAS”). SPAS is used to administer the H M Revenue & Customs approved Share Incentive Plan (“the Share Plan”) – one of the most tax efficient share plans ever introduced by any UK government. The Share Plan is one of the two Government’s flagship share plans introduced in 2000. Unfortunately it was too costly to administer and was adopted mainly by the larger companies. According to a survey conducted by Proshare in the summer of 2003 AIM/Ofex/Unlisted Companies represented approximately 8% of all companies which had established the Share Plan.
SPAS simplifies administration of the Share Plan so companies can confidently take on the administration in-house and enjoy the full benefits available under the Share Plan.
SPAS is user friendly, produces all the documents needed and performs all the calculations necessary. It is aimed at the small and medium sized companies, their accountants and their advisers.
SPAS will be backed by comprehensive support including help desk, full training, technical support, updates etc.
